4 weekly sessions

Online or in person

HOW IT WORKS

Get ready to expand on the work you've begun.

In this guided series, you’ll continue to develop your list of personal values. Not by picking from a list someone else imagined, but by doing more of the fun, reflective, work you got a taste of in the first session.

Then you’ll turn those values into a plan of action that lets you lead with more clarity, courage, conviction, connection, and consistency at work, home, and beyond.

→  4 sessions x 1.5 hours each

→  structured, step-by-step self discovery process

→  mixed modality learning that’s also fun

→  prompts ranging from light-hearted to ones that invite deeper, more reflective thinking

→  dynamic, highly interactive experience

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

Hi, I'm Sabah.

I help leaders, teams, and communities build trust, connection, and belonging. My work is grounded in the notion of unconditional human worth and dignity.

I was born and raised in Canada, studied Mechanical Engineering at M.I.T., then worked as a design engineer at Ford Motor Company.

At Stanford Business School, a strategy class introduced me to core values, an idea that led me to strategy consulting, then to found my own brand strategy firm, and eventually to the work I do today.

I have led workshops for large multinational corporations like Google, small privately owned Silicon Valley businesses, educational institutions like Stanford University and the University of Cambridge, and Vistage, one of the world's largest CEO coaching organizations.

Outside work, I love to write, explore people's stories through dialogue and film, and welcome houseguests with bottomless cups of chai.
